Manufacturer warranty
New machines carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page, honoured per the manufacturer terms.
Dealer warranty
All machines: 6 months dealer warranty on every machine.
Exclusions
Cosmetic wear, damage from transport after delivery, improper voltage, modifications and consumables (balls, rubbers, bulbs).
Claim process
Email info@pinballvauls.com with your order number, a description and photos or video. We respond within one business day.
Documentation
Keep your order confirmation; it is your proof of purchase.
