Unused machines in the original crate within 30 days of delivery.
Return window
30 days from delivery.
Non-returnable
Special orders, custom finishes and opened accessories or parts.
Return authorization
Contact us for an RMA before shipping anything back.
Return shipping & freight
Return freight: paid by the customer, unless the machine arrived damaged or not as described.
Restocking fee
No restocking fee
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Report within 3 days; we arrange repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellation
Free before the machine ships. After dispatch, treated as a return.
Refund procedure & timing
Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return of receiving and inspecting the machine.
