Name, contact details, delivery address, order history, payment confirmation (not card numbers), and site usage data.

Processing orders, delivery scheduling, support, warranty, measuring how well our advertising works, and, with consent, marketing email.
Cookies & advertising measurement
Essential cookies for cart and checkout. We also use the Google Ads tag (Google LLC) to measure whether our ads lead to orders: it sets advertising cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw, and when you arrive from a Google ad we keep the ad click identifier in our own cookie for up to 90 days. Third-party services
Freight carriers (delivery details), payment providers and our email provider receive only what they need to fulfil your order. When an order is paid, we share with Google, for ad measurement only: the order number, order value, payment time, the Google ad click identifier (if you arrived from an ad) and a one-way encrypted (SHA-256 hashed) copy of your email address. Google uses this under its own policies: policies.google.com/privacy.

Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and marketing opt-out: email info@pinballvauls.com. To stop us sharing your hashed email with Google for ad measurement, email us and we will exclude your orders. You can limit personalised Google ads at myadcenter.google.com or by blocking cookies in your browser.
