Pinball machines are large freight items. This policy explains exactly how they travel from us to you.
Shipping regions
United States (all 50 states). Orders outside these regions: request a quote.
Shipping origin
Charlotte, NC
Processing time
10 business days from cleared payment for in-stock machines; backordered machines show an estimated date on the product page.
Handling & crating
Machines are secured in a manufacturer or shop crate on a pallet, backbox folded, legs packed inside.
Carriers & method
LTL freight carrier, crated on a pallet. Flat rate $200 anywhere in the United States. Accessories ship by parcel.
Estimated transit
7 to 10 business days depending on distance.
Delivery appointment
The carrier calls the phone number on the order to book a delivery window. Missed appointments may incur carrier re-delivery fees.
Residential delivery
Flat-rate $200 freight to any US address; curbside delivery with a scheduled appointment
Tracking
A PRO number and carrier link are emailed when the machine ships.
Damaged shipments
Inspect before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it; report to us within 3 days. Signed-clean receipts limit claims.
Lost shipments
We trace with the carrier and replace or refund per the carrier claim outcome.
Address changes
Possible before the machine ships; after dispatch, carrier re-consignment fees apply.
Delays
Weather, carrier capacity and manufacturer lead times can move dates; we notify you as soon as we know.
